I was there at the company's inception while still studying. I participated in setting up processes and building know-how. I took part in business negotiations and acquiring the first clients.
I have experience in complete HR issues, from analyzing a client's job requirements, through the entire selection process, to onboarding candidates with the client. In the selection process, I have utilized various modern methods using psychological insights, such as assessment centers. Currently, I am working as an external consultant for companies.
Education
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. Throughout my career, I supplement my education with various training courses, particularly in the areas of sales, psychology, quality, and people management.
